| 12/26/2009 | Currently, this is a quiet, clean complex. One warning, you'll pay for the water, now. One water meter for the entire complex. This means while some tenants are doing everything possible to save water, there are those who don't give a damn. Therefore, your water bill will reflect the water wasted by others. There is no longer a male authority or maintenance man on the property. Sorry to say it, but it does make a difference.
