If you go to the camden web site you will find that camden is listed in the stock market.
With this information, start writing, calling, and e-mailing all of the major stock traders out there. check out : http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ud's=CPT
look up the firms that invest with them and give them some "research information".
Let otay ranch know whats going on here. remember camden pays association fees to otay ranch to stay here(info@otayranch.com or call 421-8811).
If camden won't listen to their many tenants and their complaints, hit them financially by driving their stock down.
Print these complaints out and save them. Take pictures of your apartment, and save every complaint given to the office. You may need this information to fight them in small claims court.
You may have grounds to break your lease free and clear if you can prove your living conditions were "hell"I.E.constant noisy neighbors with complaints that go unanswered.
Remember, camden main office only understands one thing, MONEY! If enough people dont stay here and supply the money, they will then understand.
