BBB complaint

Since they won't respond to any of my written complaints, I just filed an online BBB complaint against Camden Property Trust for misleading advertising and moveout billing disputes. At the very least, that will force them to pay attention. I think it would be great if everyone filed an online complaint with the BBB. It's easy to do and it might just have the desired effect.
