I HAVE HAD MANY ISSUES AND CONCERNS WITH CAMDEN CONSIDERING THAT I WAS A FORMER TENANT. THEY HAVE SCREWED ME HARD AND THEN CHARGED ME AN ARM AND A LEG. THE WAY THAT THEY DO BUSINESS IS WRONG AND SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THEM. I HAVE READ REVIEWS FROM OTHER CAMDEN PROPERTIES AROUND THE COUNTRY AND THEY ALL SEEM TO BE FACING THE SAME BULLCRAP THAT WE ARE. I GUESS THAT EVERYTHING BOILS DOWN TO MANGEMENT AND ALL OF THE MANAGERS SUCK. I WAS GIVEN A MOVE OUT BILL THAT COULD COVER A CARPET CLEANING BILL FOR THE WHOLE COMPLEX. THEY HAVE CHARGED ME ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WAS NECESSARY CONSIDERING THE APARTMENT WAS NEW WHEN WE MOVED IN AND IN NOT SO GOOD OF SHAPE. I HAVE A DOG, PAYED THE DEPOSIT, AND WAS THEN PUNISHED FOR HAVING THE DOG. I DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR THEM TO MAKE MY APARTMENT BETTER OFF NOW THEN WHAT IT WAS BEFORE; THEY SAY THE DOG RUINED THE APARTMENT. I KNOW THAT SOMEONE WHO WORKS IN THE OFFICE MOVED INTO A BIGGER UNIT...SHE HAS 2 DOGS BOTH OF WICH HAVE PUT BODILY "THINGS" ON THE CARPET; WAS SHE PENALIZED' OF COURSE NOT, SHE WORKS THERE. THEY DID A MEAR CLEANING AND THAT WAS SUFFIECIENT. IF ALL TENANTS ARE TREATED EQUALLY, SHE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN A BILL TO REPLACE HER CARPETS ALSO ALONG WITH A CLEANING AND PAINTING AND ALL OF THAT. IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO WANTS TO JOIN ME IN SEEKING LEGAL HELP AND WHAT EVER ELSE UNFOLDS, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME.
