Poor Management and Construction

Horrible management company. Unethical business practices. Lazy. Unfair. Liars.

They steal from some tenants, while giving to others. They allow some tenants to change units for free, while charging other tenants stupid amounts of money to move to another unit. They clean the carpets in some tenants units for free, while charging other tenants stupid amounts of money to clean their carpets.

They have the worst, unethical business practices that I have ever seen.

Serious problems include parking, noise, mold in units, and management. Management is the biggest problem at this place.

Stay away... you will regret it if you move here.
