The only major problems we had was with the office staff, but it was so bad that even though the apartments are nice, I would not recommend living there. We rented a garage & when I went to get in the garage there was someone else's car in there. So after trying to get my money back for that & adding 2 pets to the lease, we had ongoing problems with our monthly bill. We were never given a new lease to sign (with the pets added). We were told 4 different times that the lease would be left on our door & it never was. We were in the office every month for 4 months until we just "gave up". We also had problems with ants & the office staff was not very helpful. The parking is also very poor. When we moved in, we were told that we would have 3 assigned parking spaces with a 3 bedroom apt. There are no assigned spaces at the complex! I do not recommend this place at all.... After moving out & initially having a few issues with our security deposit, I do have to give credit to the assistant manager. She was extremely helpful & was the only person who has ever gotten back to us & helped us with anything. Apparently she is new so maybe things in the office will improve. If everyone there treated people the way does that would be nice.
