We lived in Camden for one year in the lovely three bedroom apartment. We were on the second floor and because of that our patio stuck our further then the third floor, so everytime they smoked we got their ashes on our patio! FUN! Also, we were near the pool so around 3 in the morning during the summer it was common for us to hear people having parties.

After we moved in they put a humidifier in the laundry room, which was incredibly loud and bumped our electric bill up something awful! There was a crack in our wall and our tub, not sure what that was all about.

The parking was beyond completly terrible! The "Security" staff was great, too! I don't think they ever looked at my car. I don't want to offend anyone with dogs, but not everyone is great about picking up after their dogs. So there is dog piles everywhere! Also the trash is constantly overfilled!

I did however enjoy hearing my upstairs neighbors conversations and waking up in the middle of the night to my downstairs neighbors baby.

The layout of the apartment was great, but I think the quality is lacking.
