Do you really want to know what Camden is acually all about' I have been living in Camden for 6 months, its a beauiful community and its in a great area. BUT.... here are some things I have to deal with....3 months ago someone backed into a garage and it still has not been fixed, 2 weeks ago someone decided to run their car into Bulding 11, there is a huge hole in the building, it hasn't been fixed. Camden has battery powered locks on the door, and the battery dies every month "GOOD LUCK GETTING INTO YOUR APARTMENT". And when you call maintenace to get into your apartment....You have to wait for him because he lives in Tijuana. Our toilets are very slow and have no flush power so I let the manger know, the maintenance crew and a leasing agent, it has now been 1 month and nothing has been done. Now for the 2 biggiest complaints. The NOISE is really bad, I can here people walking above me all day. And I dont mean a little bit, it sounds like someone is jumping up and down. The construction of these apartments are extremely cheap. The second thing is the people, some of the residents are loud obnoxious people. If you love to party and drink all night and throw cigarette butts and beer bottles everywhere then this is a great place for you. If you are ever looking for a great party... go to Camden and you'll find at least 5 big loud parties every Friday and Saturday night, which you can hear from inside your apartment, even though the party is across the parking lot from you.

Now dont think Im out to get Camden or something like that. I just want people to understand what will happen if you move in.

I use to live in Building 11. I know what your talkikng about. It took them forever to fix that wall...and that Garage..it belonged to my husband...We complained for months. And those parties where right where right upstairs from me...Not to mention the barking dog all night long on the balcony...Security was there 7 times...
