i was there for 4 months. when i got there the staff was great very friendly and stuff . when we moved our stuff in the appartment it was full of fleas and dirty with the sliding door broken, we asked them to fix it and they made us live like that for a week . we could not take it anymore we broke our lease and left now that we are trying to call to give back the keys the manager is treating us like crap with a really bad attitude , they are charging us 3000 dollars for whatever fees that only they understand they even called my parents telling them everything like if i was a little girl i know my husband and i are young and that no one gives us the respect as an adult but come on its not high school . plus the girls there are LAZY including that manager that looks like he has a lot of flea bites himself . the SECURITY ha funy they are philipino guys not guys old men that if u have something going on they cant even communicate they also said that they only monitor cars so what happened to that 24 hr security . the point is that it SUCKS please do not rent there . i rather owe money than be there in that shi* hole .

I am a current resident of Camden Sierra and disagree with this review absolutely. I have been a resident of this property for almost two years, and all though the management staff was definitely lacking when I initially moved onto the property, I have nothing but praise for the new manager. In my interactions with him, and his new staff, I have found them to be both knowledgeable and compassionate. Two qualities that are hard to come by in today's market. I am brought to question the credibility of this reviewers stand point. To be quite honest, simply based on the number grammatical errors found in this review, I would be hard pressed to base any decision I made about this property on this individuals opinions. To me, it sounds like this young lady still has a lot of growing up to do. I sincerely hope that anyone reading these reviews will not lend credence to the opinions of someone who is obviously under the pressure of desperate times, and will instead pay a visit to this wonderful community and meet the staff of Camden for themselves. I'm positive you will leave feeling as I do... or stay, and call Camden Sierra home.

mmmm interesting . I notice that either you were paid or you are a staff member . That is really low , yes i understand that when i wrote that i was not trying to impress my english teacher or you i was trying to make a point . I respect your opinion but i do not respect you. You are no one to be telling me anything or to judge the way i write or express my self . I said in my review the truth and what happened to me . its funny that the way you express your self and the way your ignorance gets the best of you regarding my age is the same as the one we recived at camden by the staff . So miss perfect be careful with what you say or you are going to end up biting your tongue . p.s and since i need a lot of growing up to do so be it kiss my beutiful ass you and your camden employees .

I moved out of Camden Sierra four months ago and I am still trying to resolve the issues with my security deposit. As soon as I moved out, the staff didn't follow up on my issues, and ignored my phone calls and letters. Additionally, the staff has absolutely no idea what is going on in their office. My files, letters, messages were always "misplaced". FYI, if you are thinking of moving to Camden, hope you like to park on the street and walk, because there is never ever any parking!

I've been at Camden for nearly 2 years and I can't wait to go. I'm only here because of my situation, trust me I would've left sooner if I could! I moved in just as the new staff came in and they haven't changed a bit! Every time I have a maintance issue it takes atleast 3 days before someone even comes around. My fridge went out and I had to wait 4 days for them to come, and in the mean time all my food spoiled! I recently had a leak in my kitchen pipes and I was told it was a low priority! Are you kidding me??? Not only that but in the last 2 months I've not only seen mice but rats as well! Thats sick, I pay so much rent to live with rats? They never take care of anything in the office. I got married and asked them to add my husbands name to the lease and a month later he went to get a copy of the lease and of course his name want on it! I tried to get a garage and they couldn't issue me one because their garages files were all mixed up! How can you even compare this behavior with professionalism?
