Unable to do business correctly

I am a former resident of Camden and I just wanted to share some hard facts w/ those who are thinking of moving in.To start,I will admit,the "Warm Welcome" at Camden was very convincing.It makes you feel like you are getting what you pay for and that every thing will be kept on a profesional level w/respect and fairness.That "Warm Welcome" only lasts up until you sign that contract.You've allready heard it from the previous comments,that the 24 hour maintenance Camden advertises is far from satisfactory.Why would they advertise that if the operator has a terrible attitude,and you will never see the maintenance crew show up at any time of the night (you'll be lucky if they show up in a month or two,or even remember that you called in the first place).I do not understand why they would lie to their customers,the ones who pay all that money to live there(which is putting money in their pockets to pay their own rent and feed their familys).What happens when the word gets around and there is no business'In addition,they really need to be carefull w/ the racial or prejudice favoritism in reguards to the 24 hour luxurious facilities that Camden also addvertises.I say racial or prejudice because I don't know which one it is.An example that I witnessed is when there where two young kids from Mexico swimming and conversating in the pool area around 10:15pm. on a Sat. night.They where told to leave the pool area due to the pool closing at 10:00pm(in which pool hours where not posted,nor was the pool area gate locked)Well,the following week,on a Sat. as well,there where approx. 15 teenage caucasian individuals (enough to be a party)in the pool area listening to loud music,shouting at eachother just to communicate and smoking marijuana.I witnessed this favoritism because I had a unit right by the pool.So before you move into Camden,remember what everyone wrote on these comments about them and don't let the "Just Moved In"rating fool you because they have'nt been abused in these ways yet,and the staff of Camden are known to try and retaliate w/ good comments and perfect scores.I mean really,think about it.If you where so happy at Camden,why would you visit this Web page'Would'nt you be enjoying your short stay at Camden'Good Luck....... g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
