At first sight you may be decieved. Nice new apartments you might think. KEEP DRIVING! Don't even think of renting here if you don't enjoy listening to babies screaming, telemundo blaring from every apartment, 24 hour bass coming through your walls (I complained twice about my neighbor that likes to turn up his TV and stereo full blast but managment never responded to my calls), expensive rent ($1350/mo. 1br.), high school kids loitering everywhere and constant noise from car stereos. Theres no safe parking after about 9 pm, you'll just have to park on the street (right next to my wifes car, the one with the broken window and the missing stereo). What do I suggest' STAY AWAY! In fact stay out of chula vista or anywhere near the border for that matter. Try looking towards the north side of the city if you seek peace and quiet and decent people around you. I am a current resident and am stuck in my lease until Feb 05. If your still interested, my apartment will definately be available!

I complained a few times about the noise. I even called the cops.
