I would not even WASTE my time at this property. It looks like a decent apartment on the outside. The office staff is terrible! The office manager charges residents for cleaning and carpet cleaning and get this: HE CHARGES RESIDENTS AND DOESN'T ACTUALLY GET THE APARTMENTS CLEANED. They rent out the apartments the following day after the previous tenant moves out. I got charged almost $200 when I transferred apartments and I cleaned my apartment all weekend and they rented out my apartment and had them move in the following day!
Then the really fat girl in the office with the greasy hair. Let me tell you! I lived by her and she once told me that she has 3 dogs. When you pass by her apartment it stinks! She has her windows open and I have never ever seen her take out her dogs. THey go to the bathroom in the apartment! And she is so fake! She brags about getting other employees fired and even tells residents that she has sex dreams about the Apartment Manager. Gross! I'm a resident. I really don't need to hear that. I have talked to some of my neighbors and she has told them that too! She also will lie about the apartment features just to get a person to lease. AND she will tell certain prospects that they need to live in the front of the complex because the back is "horrible" and will rent out the back to others.
Parking is a joke. There is never any parking after 5pm. The cops is out here every night and the fire and ambulance every other night. There are loud parties every night and it's horrible if you live by the pool. The cars speed through here. I saw a car almost hit a child. I reported it and they acted as if they didn't care. Every weekend there is a white van come in the complex and men go through all the trash in the complex. I complained and they never did anything about it. And the guy in the white van works for them! He literally takes bags of trash.
There is robberies, shootings, trashdiggers, horrible management, no parking, and charging you money for leaving, and office staff that breaks the pet rules (Lisa). If you want to risk living by her and her ------ smelling apartment, then Camden is the place for you! P.S. Never have any parties in the clubhouse. They will charge you for ---- that they want replaced a (doors) and you didn't even break it!!
The Pinnacle is a grat apartment complex. I am moving there. THe office staff is friendly and they are not low class trailer trash. The only nice thing about Camden is the maintenance. They are friendly and work hard.
I hope that this helps. Read the other reviews and try out the Pinnacle or Sevilla APartments. YOu will be happier in the long run than here. CAMDEN SUCKS!!!
