To Whom it may concern:
My family and I were just recently relocated by the Navy and I provided the management at Camden Sierra Apartments two copies of my orders to terminate my lease.
The manager provided me with my final payment in regards to our moveout.
I paid via cashier check the amount tendered by the manager.
two month slater I receive a revised payment statement from Camden stating I am required to pay in excess of $1800 for terminatin fee.
I called and talked with the assistant manager at Camden in regards to this charge and she stated that your staff could nbot find the orders I provided to them so I would have to pay this termination fee.
I find it disheartning that if I did not pay this fee, this matter would be turned over to collections.
I think that is such an injustice because of the incompetence of your staff misplacing my orders.

We are a military family as well, and they did almost the same thing to us! Terrible management.
