I lived there when it first open b4 it was completed and it was great.After the schools open and all the cholo's moved in it went to sh@#. They've always had a problem balancing there books at times we had to work out how much we owe. The ladies there have no idea what's going on the security is a joke and not worth two cent.Parking is rediculos.Thank god we got out just as it was starting. You have to pay a lot for a garage. They break all the rules on pets and parties and they work there. They take a long time to fix a problem this place really went to the dogs.By the time you add the garage plus rent and everything else you're sitting at almost 2800 trash,water,elect,phone garage cable etc.As for visitor parking or parking a vehicle after 6p.m you have to park on the street and that close to mexico you're lucky if you wake up and your car is still there or your stero is in the vehicle.motorcycles got stolen from there often and they are quick to tow vehicles. true the cops come by there often and EMS.In the beggening it was'nt that bad.If you live on the third floor there is no elevators so you have to hide all your things up there. They charge you extra for first floor and extra if you are on the third and have a view of the sun rise or mexico.READ THE FINE PRINT B4 YOU SIGN.
