I wouldnt recommend camden sierra at all to anybody who is looking for a decent place to live in. They will tour you into a nice model of what you're place will look like, but once you move to your actual apartment, I guarantee you will be very disappointed. The actual apartment they gave me was really dirty. They didnt even bother having it cleaned before we moved in.
Moving here was a mistake. The fixtures of the walls are so bad, because you could really hear your neighbors. Whenever a maintenance problem arises, it takes the maintenance people so long to respond and fix it, but when its time to pay they expect you to pay right away. My neigbor upstairs sounds like he's been rolling and jumping around like there's a freaking earthquake. They never clean out the outside and most of the neighbors have dogs and they let them s**t everywhere. It really smells bad.
This place really disappointed me big time. I am very dissatisfied. Don't ever sign for this apartment or else you will regret it. They only clean out the front just to show other people that the landscaping is great and beutiful, but you'll be sorry if you get the back which they never ever bother to care cleaning.
Price is horrible and its not even worth it living at camden sierra. NOISE is a serious problem.
