My wife and I recently received orders and will be moving to Florida. Camden has only been home to us for 3 months. Kevin in the front office has been great. He found us a great apartment and we are sad to leave. Sierra in Otay is a great place to live and recommend it to other military families staying in san diego.

I don't think so. You only lived there for 3 months. Surely not long enough to have an opinion. You must be a friend of Kevin's or the property manager looking to recruit military to boost vacancy. The place is horrible! My upstairs neighbors are always noisy.

that is your neigbhors fault, don't blame it on the property. You should have try to talk to your neigbhor about the noise pollution.

I absolutly would not reccomend this place for military personnel. when i got orders to deploy they said that i was good to go and then turned me over to collections when i deployed.

My husband (who is in the military) and I were recently married and moved into the Camdens last Friday! The person who helped us was Tony and he was very nice and welcoming! My only complaint so far is our mailbox. When I looked inside, it had 3 different peoples mail in the box and our name was not on the piece of paper inside. Since I am new to California, and not real comfortable living here yet, we chose the Camdens because of the area. It is real nice and convenient! Parking is not a problem with us. We do not have a garage and every time we come home we have a spot available. The balcony is a little small, but we chose the smallest floor plan because we will only be here until August. My husband has orders to deploy for 9 months. I am hoping we won't have trouble like you guys did. From apartment experience, we picked the third floor so we wouldn't have to hear the people upstairs making noise.
