Camden Sierra at Otay Ranch

Camden is TERRIBLE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007 1 response   The property is filthy. There is dog ---- everywhere and you can smell if you open up windows. The dogs living at Camden are unhappy because all you hear is their crying. When I went in to pay my rent this past summer, a gentleman came in to complain about a rat in the pool (in the filter). The leasing agent replied that there was nothing she could do until Monday. (it was a Saturday and the pool was full of kids). Gross! They never fix the lights so you are walking to your apartment in pitch black. The noise level is ridiculous. You hear it all the time. You can never run the AC and still be billed at least $200 in the summer. The staff is irresponsible and terrible. They never respond to your calls or maintenance orders. They are only nice when they want a sale because apparently their job depends on it. If you want a nice place to live I suggest the Pinnacle. That's where I will be.
