Well first of all, this location is awesome and so are the staff. I've never lived in a friendlier community where all my needs are met as soon as I call and let them know. THE KEY IS CALLING AND LETTING THEM KNOW. I read the other reviews about "dog piles" and noisy neighbors, if this is the main complaint about the property, then the blame should go onto the people being noisy and not picking up after THEIR animals. From what I've seen the office staff is very caring and quick to handle anything and everything. I've lived here for almost a year now with no complaints! The maintenance staff is really GREAT too! Not only do they keep everything running, but the property is clean and the landscaping looks nice! I'm happy with my apartment, the weather here and being this close to the beach is a definite plus. Camden Sierra is the best place with the BEST STAFF! Bad living habits from other people are not the fault of the staff, but fault of the lazy person.

When I lived there the parking was horrible. There was no assigned parking at all, you were lucky to get something near your apartment. That is unless you rented one of the garages. I noticed that you gave parking 5 out of 5. Has the parking changed?

Parking has not changed since June 2007 (when I first moved down here). It depends on when residents need a parking spot. For example, the pain of coming back without a garage after a night out for dinner.
