I rented this apartment from August 15th-Septemebr 25th ( my husband is in the NAVY and got deployed for 6 months) so I went to live with my in-laws. We were paying 1535 a month ( their "online" payments) and were over paying by like 50.00 a month, and were told that it would get paid back, but that never happened. I paid the rent fee that I needed ( minus the 2000 due to my husbands deployment) but now they are trying to ink us for "damages" which we didnt have since we were only their for like 5-6 WEEKS, and for an "insufficent" notice, even though they said the apartment would be in our hands until October 20th ( the 30 day notice) which is 80.00, and for their "water, trash, sewage" reemburstment, even though they told me that we wouldnt have to pay for any of that. In ADDITION to that, the parking is horrible, there is NO WHERE to park. Military Families, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
