Slightly Over Priced

I was at this place a year and liked the location but hated the traffic. During rush hour it could take up to an hour to get to where I needed to be when on a normal commuite it would take about 10-15 min.
The apartment is ocer priced for what you get. There is very limited parking and renting a garage is EXPENSIVE. There is NO public parking. If you park in the community you will get towed at owners expense.
To re-new my release my rent would be raised $75.00, and in order to terminate my lease at experiation I needed a written document or proof of military orders.
All in all my experience was fair but I would NOT advise moving in here.
