I can't wait to move out! I've been here a long time (3 years). The 'management' does not take the time to walk the property. There' s usually trash all over the place. There was even one resident who piled trash outside their door for weeks. Every year, the rent goes up. There's no improvement. ever. You can hear the people upstairs walk around. Very annoying. Kids that have their TVs on too loud all night... partying all the time.. the 'security patrol' never shows. Impossible to enjoy your 'balcony' when you can hear neighbors' conversations/TVs louder than your own.

I would disagree about the grounds being dirty. There is one guy that all he does is clean the grounds. The landscape people are there weekly as well. The place it virtually spotless. The main property manager is always on the grounds once a week or so checking out the property. I lived there from April 20087 to August 2008 and loved the place. The rent goes up everywhere !!! If theres a noise problem then you need to talk to the property manager and they will take care of it.
