Of course I would prefer to own my own home so that I can make my own rules and have everything just as I like it but for an apartment it is pretty nice. I always see the gardners and maintenance people cleaning and repairing things and when I need something in my apartment they come right over. I like that they keep the dog area clean. The girls in the office are professional and friendly. I don't always agree with everything but I guess that's because I am not the manager and know all the details about everything involved. My apartment is older but has lots of extras you don't find in the others. I like the character and unique details of the buildings.
