I lived here for almost a year and the place was very quiet and in a good neighborhood. The only complaints I have is there is no AC and there is no dishwasher. But it is an old building, so that's ok. It'd need a lot of updating. The green tiles on the kitchen counter were ot my favorite, but they added a little charm.

Something not so great is the location of our unit was right in the back, with the fence that separates the complex and another residential street. Our truck was broken into and the person just jumped the fence and was gone. But that can happen anywhere...
