When we first moved in to Eucalyptus Grove, I thought that everything was going good. The staff was friendly, no one really bothered us. My husband and I had a "friend" that lived in the hallway over watch our things while we were out of town for the holidays. We came back and our apartment was trashed, the maintenace failed help us out when we needed them to (fixing the broken window). They simply said, "what do you want us to do about it". I was absolutely outraged at the words that came out of their mouth. We later find out that it was our neighbors that had stolen EVERYTHING! So, from then on the neighbors kept harassing my husband and I and we finally talk to the regional manager about everything that was going on. She said that she'd transfer us to another apartment across the street. So, we went to sign the new lease about a week later... she said that she needed to talk to us about something really important... We were like, Okay, what's up'
She tried to kick us out of our apartment for falsely accusing my husband and I about disturbances in the hallway. My husband and I were COMPLETELY shocked at what this woman is talking about. We figured she had us mistaken for the neighbors that had stolen things out of our apt. We tried explaining to her that it wasn't us and that she must have us confused with another neighbor... she wouldn't hear any of it. So, she decided to keep us there after the "meeting" we had the next day. So, us being SO upset that someone would accuse us of the things that she said (you should of HEARD some of the things she said) We were just happy that we could stay there. SO, move day arrives. We have the Uhaul packed up, everything ready to go, we go to the rental office to pick up the keys. BAM! She kicks us out. This time she said something happened, but she wouldn't even tell us what. This lady just wanted to f*** some people over. So, HOMELESS, we had to find another place to live. Luckily we found a place that is MUCH nicer than the nasty neighborhood EG is in. By the way, we're going through Navy Legal for what she did.

And to put the icing on the cake, she sends us a bill for 3000 dollars worth of "supposed" damages to the apartment. Luckily I took pictures before I left.

So, I would NOT reccomend this place not even to my sworn enemy.

Maybe you shoud be careful on who you invite into your home...it's not E.G. fault that you got broken into....sometimes the best thing is to get rid of the problem on both sides..
