I have lived here for 6 months now. I have all new appliances in my apartment, but my paint is peeling, and I have mold growing around my bath tub. I have cleaned it several times with pure bleach and a wire brush and it continues to come back. I have people that live above me who are very disrespectful, and are loud all of the time knowing that I can hear them. The parking spaces here are very small, and although they say that you will be towed if you do not have a parking permit, it is a lie; and I have to park way down from my apartment because people without passes are parked in the spaces in front of my apartment. The pools are nice but the gym sucks. There is no other way to explain it. Also, the beach volleyball setup that they show you on the website, is a fake. Yes they do have the poles (but no net), and some sand that looks like it has been there for who knows how long. I have been pleases with the maintenance, and most of the office staff, although there is one lady in there that is pretty rude. And I have never ever seen the property manager in the office the whole six months I have been here. Overall my experience hasn't been too bad, but I will be moving out for sure when my lease is up.
