Regular office staff is friendly and helpful in every way possible. The Manager and Asst Manager are the flip side of that coin. It takes "an act of God" to be able to speak to anyone above the regular office workers. They are too important and busy to talk to lowly tenants. I had to go above the local manager to the district level to get problems dealt with and/or even a response from the local mgr/asst mgr. It took over 4 months to get some problems dealt with.

Area is EXTREMELY loud and noisy. Filled with children and adults who have no respect for others privacy and sanity. Children harrass our pet which stays on our patio. They play extremely loudly in the breezeways between apartments instead of at the nice playground. Bouncing balls of the walls of apartments and screaming and yelling. Walls/ceiling/floors are paper thin if your neighbors speak above a whisper you can here them.

Gym facility is dangerous to use. The equipment is shoddy and poorly maintained if at all. Equipment can break as you are using it.

My vehicle has been vandalized twice in the 9 months I've lived here.

Rent price is EXHORBIANT!!!!!!!! As a military member I was excited that my BAH finally was a few dollars over my rent starting in Jan 2004... so they are raising the rent on lease expiration to more then my BAH amount. Not worth the money for what you get. Pets are an extra $50 a month AFTER a $500 NON-refundable deposit. If you have a pet you get completely raped. Thats enough for me!
