I concur that it takes an act of God to get anybody to repair emergencies. The onsite managers are friendly but have no power to exercise under their "managerial" positions. They defer to some unknown office who is not readily available. The maintenance crew is supposedly on call, but return calls are spotty at best. I'd hate to see how they operate during holiday or vacation periods.
Also, many neighbors have moved due to increased rental rates after the initial lease.
Nice place aesthetically, but definitely not great service.

The rent increase totally took me by shock, when it came time to renew our lease after the first year they tried to increase our rent by almost $300, thankfully I talked them down to only increasing it by $50. The year after that they tried it again even more (I don't remember the numbers) but thankfully we didn't have to stay there another year!
