I have resided at Marbrisas for 5 years and initially was very pleased with the facility. Over the past year, the community has experienced a sharp decline in quality. First of all, there are too many people who have pets and allow them to defocate on sidewalks and in the childrens' play areas. These people do not clean up after there pets. I can no longer allow my children to use play areas. Some areas have been vandalized and covered with grafitti. Management has failed to have broken debris removed and vandalism removed, even though I have made them aware. Additionally, management issues pool passes, parking permits, and fitness center passes. They charge an outrageous fee if these passes are lost. Yet, I have never been checked once to see if I am in posession of the pass while using the facilities. Finally, many people who are not on rental agreements are residing with residents without consequence. The area has become more like a housing project. Sadly, this is potentially a great neighborhood. In conclusion, management is more concerned about making a quick buck rather than maintaining a high quality facility like they had done in past years.

I looked at these apartments and have to say there is nothing special about them yet a two bedroom is over $1450 ???? What is that all about?
