I have livied in this community since November 2005.These apartments are 16 years old, yes, there are going to be things are going to need to be fixed. I have never had an issue that has not been resolved in a timely manner.It has never taken them over 3 or 4 days to complete my request. This is the only community that has guest parking and unlimited parking for residents also.The grounds are incredible! Sometimes the stairwells can get a little bit dirty, but they will come and clean it if you call! www.marbrisas.com you can comment or email a service request if you can't get anyone over the phone. USE IT!!!!!
