We lived in these apts for 2 years, they made many mistakes including losing my rent check once. Things kept breaking even after they 'fixed' it. Appliances are very outdated. Neighbors always made a lot of noise and nothing was done about it, even after numerous complaints. I didn't feel they really cared about us, when it came time to renew our lease they raised the already extremely high rent by $200. And while living there, our cars incurred lots of dents and was scratched with an anarchy symbol, due to quite a bit of unsupervised kids roaming around. I had lots of problems with the AC/Heater and it took them FOREVER to fix them. For the price of rent it was not worth it living there. The neighbors downstairs once had some kind of sex party and for most of the night I could not sleep due to the insanely loud noises they were making, cussing loudly and NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT! I called the night partrol about 3 times and called the next day, they do not care or else it would have been taken care of. It felt like we were living in a sardine can. KEEP SEARCHING FOR WHERE TO LIVE!!!
