I have read the comments below and I am relatvily surprised. There are some issues at Marbrisas sure, but the place is clean, the grounds are pretty and compaired to the other communities in the area the rent isn't that bad. If you want to live in luxury, you'll have to pay for luxury. I have never found the staff to be anything other than friendly and accomidating. Some people are such complainers.

I think they made themselves very clear when they said YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. This guy is not a hyporcrit, he is a genious.
