Parking is adequate with no assigned parking, but on a first-come first-serve basis. The noise is minimal since I hardly ever hear my neighbors nor the children outside playing. The grounds are well kept with very few discrepancies noted. Safety hazards are very well in effect. Construction is very safe and reliable. Maintenance crews are very timely and efficient, and works to your convenience. The staff there are extremely cordial, and knowledgeable. Overall, this is definately one of the best apartments I have seen in the Chula Vista area.

Additional features include two luxurious on-site swimming pools, on-site playgrounds, the convenience of the YMCA directly next to the complex, and conveniently located schools.

Either this person works for Marbrisas or they were paid to write this review. If not give it some time my friend you'll find out how crappy these apts are. How do you like the pool now? The one that was only suppose to be closed for 3 weeks and is going on 4 and not any where close to be completed.
