These apts are a joke. The walls are so thin. We live on the 3rd floor and can hear people below and next to us talking, snoring even peeing. NO JOKE! Numerous maintenance problems. Terrible parking. The work-out room is a total joke. There aren't any pins for the the equipment. The office staff is rude. The pictures on the internet look a lot nicer than the apts actually are. The security patrol takes forever to show up. Do yourself a favor. Don't make the same mistake we did. Bottom line these apts suck!

I feel quite the opposite. I live on the first floor and I only hear my upstairs neighbor vaccuming every now and then. We've had a few maintanance problems when we first moved in, but they were fixed in a very timely manner. There is currently no assigned parking, yet they plan to implement it in the near future. Even now, there is still adequate parking. I never go to the gym, so unfortunately I can't testify with or against that notion. The office staff are always very friendly, and I go to the office several times a week. As far as the pictures on the internet, they are of course going to put the best pictures up when the grounds are looking it's best, but the grounds are pretty well maintained all the time. I'm not familiar with the security patrol and actually didn't know they even had security although I usually see the sheriff patrolling the surrounding area during the daytime. I advise looking at the property yourself even if you have no intentions of renting there.
