Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
They are not converting. Sunbow was bought by Equity management and has no intention to convert to condos in the near future.
Very happy and looking forward to renewing my lease.
The only downfalls are lack of guest parking and only one dumpster for entire complex.
