It is my understanding that the conversion is in it's very early stage and that 12 month leases are still being offered because the process takes a very long time. I know the office staff and whenver I have a question or concern, I make sure to direct my questions to the Manager or her staff for the accurate answer. I am not sure where you got your time line of 6 months but if you have any questions, I would urge to to speak with the office staff. I have been told that if you are currently in a lease it cannot and will not be terminated prior to its expiration. Yes, Missions at Sunbow is converting to condos but trust me the process takes longer than you think!

I spoke w/ the office staff and was informed that if the process was allowed to proceed quickly it could be as early as 6 months and that you were not guaranteed the length of your lease. If what you say is true I would not be moving! I love it here but I can not live here and second guess if I will have somewhere to live.
