Getting worse...

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I don't know when it started to get worse but it's going downhill.
Staff - show favoritism. No communications between staffs. If you tell them to do somthing, it will never get done.
Parking-It's A NIGHTMARE!!!! The parking spots were very tiny and limited.
Security-The gates either were open or broken all the time. No security!!!
Noise- everynight there is someone blasting car stereo or doing burn outs.
