we had the neighbors from hell when we complained nothing was ever done there were constant parties especially at the pool on saturdays the same hispanic family reserved the pool and they were there from 9:00 am when it opens to 1 am 3 hrd after it closed. people who dont live in the apatment come and use the pool i had many occasions where i was late for appointments because my garage was blocked. there are kids ages 5,7, and 9 who always come to the pool alone. the apartments are ways overpriced and every time you go into the office the staff is speaking spanish and that is very rude and unprofessional maintenance staff is very nice and worked very hard but the office help is lazy and they spent to much time talking on their cell phones handeling personal calls. when we moved out we spent $250 to clean the carpet just to find out that they were going to pay people to do it. we were told to clean the carpet and in the end they took $220 bucks out or my deposit to clean the damn carpet. not to mention the fact that the --------- who had the parties let their kids cuss and swear then they would get drunk and cuss out the tennants who pay rent. and dont even think about using the jacuzzi little kids get in the jacuzzi and try to swim and they splash everywhere. overall the apartments were horrible SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
