Missions is worse than living in the PROJECTS!!!

I have been living here for a year now. Tell me why...
1 - The Call Box/Intercom STILL doesn't connect properly to my my phone (After several walk in complaints)
2 - I can't get a single light bulb changed (I have 1 bulb left in the masters bath, my bedroom, and dining room). I'm going to have to light candles just to get by!! (I put a work order in about a month and a half ago
3 - They allow someone to come into my apartment to drill holes to do maintenance, then tell me I HAVE TO put in a work order to have the holes patched up!!!
4 - I'm told I can't wash my car, yet my neighbor above me washes his car every Sunday and never gets caught' (I've complained to the old management about it)
5 - I pay $1800 for rent, but the woman across who has the same apartment as me, pays $1500''' I smell a CON-spiracy...
6 - Someone STEALS my Sunday newspaper...almost every single Sunday! I pay $1800 for rent, and can't get a paper'''
7 - I can't even get them to drop off my trash bags consistently. Either that, or someone is stealing my bags from outside my apartment.
8 - Sure there's a business center. Too bad there are so many bad kids in there online, that none of the PAYING adults can get on the internet. Then when I do get online, these bad kids pull up a seat and have the nerve to say "YOU HAVE 20 MINUTES..." And actually wait 20 minutes for me to get off.
9 - Lighting...they turned off the lights at night. There used to be lighting by the garage areas, now it's almost pitch dark. What about our safety' Who cares about cooking classes on Tuesday when our lives are at stake'
10 - office Staff' TERRIBLE. Vanessa and Hannah give the worst customer service. Not sharp at all. Take work orders they never follow up on to make sure they are filled.

I've went in the office a few times to pick up some packages and Hannah's the sweetest person! Her and Kristan are really nice and they treat everyone with respect....they follow up with my work orders. sounds to me like you're a big cry baby...and if you don't want to hear children crying (I guess you didn't cry when you were a baby) then move into a house!!!

First of all, READ the article before you respond. The person above wrote about an experience she had back in 2006. The dates show he/she is no longer living there. Secondly, I understand that the complex is under new management, so things must have changed. Ginamw is responding to the comment as if the person above wrote the comment this year. It's a comment from 2 YEARS AGO! Geeze... Sounds like Ginamw is either an anonymous name for one of the management team at the complex, or she just has no life.
