I lived in a one bedroom apartment.

Here's why you shouldnt live at Missions.
1.The management Hannah has got the be the most rude person I have ever met. She treats custumers like ---- even thought we're paying!
3-My toilet was clogged on a Sunday. I called the Office and spoke with Hannah she said "no problem i will call the maintenance man" at 5 o'clock i called again because i wasnt in my house and wanted to know if everything had been fixed. Hannah had the nerve to tell me that it wasnt an emergency and she called the maintenace guy and that he hadnt called back. Hannah told me to unclogged it myself because she couldnt get a hold of the maintenance guy! I was about 45 minutes from the office i told her that it wasnt my job or my problem if she couldnt get a hold of the maintenace but that she needed to contact someone because it was a sanitary issue. i only had one bathroom! she said that she said "i dont know what to tell you, i cant get a hold of him." ... HELLO'! arent we paying for a maintenace' He ended up coming in I dont know at what time but he did. I really feel that Hannah could've handle this situation a lot smoother and more polite if she had said something like "he will be there today i'm not sure at what time." Thats all that she needed to do. NOT get this "I want to be a ---- because I work at the front office."
3-in general when you put in work orders somehow the get "lost" or they dont show it on their computer. So your constantly having to call back to make sure someone is coming!
2.-Parking is horrible! I drive a Gran Prix and I can barely get out of my car! Can you imagine if you have a truck you absolutely HAVE to expect scratches and dents on your doors.
4-oh if someone comes into your apartment to do something, they dont always leave you a note stating that they came!
5-The business center is always closed becuase the computers of fax are always broken.
5-the way the living room is set up in the one bedroom apartment is increadibly difficult to arrange your sofas. oh and if you have the big ones dont even bother.
6- dogs can only be 25lbs max! now come on!
7-at night is really dark and i come from school late.
8-people park under your covered parking spot which you have to pay for cause you only get ONE parking spot per apartment.

I don't believe anything you've posted about Hannah...she's the sweetest person.... she was honest with you and told you she couldn't get a hold of the maintance...I've had my toilet clogged up and guess what!!! ever heard of a plunger!!!??? Hannah an Kristan are the sweetest ones in that office!! Can't say that about the rest of them... one of the guys sits behind his desk and talks on the office...I walk in there sometimes and his blinds are closed! I guess his conversations are so deep that he doesn't want you to read his lips.. When I walk in the office Hannah and Kristan tend to me right away.....they're great!
