Missions at Sunbow

There's still hope in Missions, make sure you talk to Jenn, the manager, to resolve any issues you have. The apartment itself is quite nice other than the tight parking spaces and screaming & cussing teens. My complaint was the current steep increase in rent, and the staffs' unwillingness to keep the residents. My lease is up next month and my rent went up from $1370 to $1560 for 1 bedroom (6 months lease). That's pretty expensive for this area. I was very lazy to move and I went in the office last week to negotiate the rent to something below $1500 (which is still pretty high but I was really lazy to move). And they didnt make any effort to keep me but pretty much showed me the door. So I made up my mind to move, and yesterday I got to chat with Jenn, the (new') manager, and she was very willing to work with me and eager to keep me. She actually lowered the rent to something I was willing to pay. Too bad I already made my plans to move out (got a new job near LA where I'm originally from). So, I hope this manager (I think she's new, and she is great) trains these clueless office ladies and make things a little better at Missions. The rent is still pretty high, but it's almost worth it. I'd have stayed if I spoke with her last week. Well, hope this helps. Good luck to you all.
