I was leery of moving here after reading many of the reviews, however I can say that we are pleased with our apartment. We live in a far corner of the complex and it's always very quiet. My only two complaints are parking and people not picking up after their dogs. Parking is a nightmare, after 5pm it can be hard to get a space anywhere remotely near your apartment, however they are about to start assigned parking and I hope this helps. The office staff is helpful and our dealings with the manager have been pleasant. We like our apartment and when we've needed some things fixed it was taken care of although not always in a timely manner. Overall we are pleased. We think it's a bit overpriced, especially afterfinding out the same 3 bedroom was going for $240 less per month than we were paying a couple of months after we moved in.

I'm editing this a few months later to add that we have become pretty unhappy here. It is still very quiet. However like some other reviewers mentioned I am seeing dogs here that don't belong. They are over the weight limit as well as breeds that according to the rules and regs that I read are not allowed on property. People drive like maniacs through the parking lot. Is it really necessary to speed' Their are silverfish in every nook and cranny of our apartment no matter what we do. No one cleans up after their dogs. Trash is getting picked up later and later. It's 2pm and my trash is still at the front door. And some of the office staff is rude and can't be bothered. I went in their to pick up a package that I had notice of and the girl skimmed over all the packages and said nope, not here and she acted as though I was putting her out. She was too busy on the internet with her boyfriend. I sent my husband back and she gave him attitude that she'd already looked for the package, which my husband spotted in plain view....she was nasty.
