Missions at Sunbow

A Sad Reality From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Even though the office staff that I dealt with are complete morons, I went against my better judgment and chose to sign a lease to live at the complex. They gave me the wrong information for everything, including where my apartment was located in the complex. I couldn t believe how incompetent the staff was. They simply had no idea what was going on, and what the standard protocol for simple administrative processes. The staff rudely speaks Spanish to each other while you re standing there. I could understand if they had a Spanish speaking only tenant present, but that wasn t the case. They blatantly made me feel uncomfortable, and had no consideration. At first, I thought the place was very cozy and comfortable, but it started to show its true colors slowly. The place grew moldy over months. The carpet was soaking wet when we moved in, so it attracted dirt like glue. The noise level is excessive. The parking situation is always tight. It takes more than 48 hours for anything to get fixed. I usually am a very forgiving person, and don t complain about anything unless I m really fed up with it. I seldom mention poor service unless really pushed, but this place is ridiculous. I am a home owner myself. I moved to San Diego for work and am forced to rent a temporary place. I would never treat my tenants the way Missions at Sunbow treats theirs. Management if you re reading this, please hire quality people for your staff. The current staff is really giving the community a bad rap. I didn t know there was a web site such as this for tenants to rate apartment complexes. Had I known, I would never live here. I m leaving my ratings here for people so I can genuinely help people. Live somewhere else, please. Save yourself some anguish.
