5/17/09 I am a new tenant here. So far everything's going well. Marybeth was really nice to us when I first looked at the apartment and thru the signing of the Lease. The unit we have was very clean, the carpet looked brand new, walls were clean and no ants so far! Thank God! I got scared after reading the other reviews, however we have already moved in for a one year lease. First time we moved in the trash were not picked up, the next day when I called Hannah it was corrected within less than 10 minutes, however the following third day it was getting late again before it was picked up, so I called to prevent it from not getting picked up like the first time. The following weeks I've noticed the trash's been picked up earlier, I think the staff is trying their best to correct issues. I will keep updating this review.
Parking is really bad. We can't even have guests come by. After 5pm a car was parked by the drive thru gate control Wow! Our neighbor upstairs slams their dressers and drawers late into the morning hours between 1am to 3am! You can't hear them talk but sometimes the kids are jumping and you can hear it.
Cars do drive pretty fast in a small parking area! I don't feel comfortable with some of the neighbors, I don't mean to be mean but some of them look like they weren't screened...maybe I'm just paranoid, we'll see.

Updated: 5/23/09 I change my 3 rating to a 5-star rating. Missions at Sunbow is under a new Excellent Manager Brittany Parker. Originally we were suppose to get a 2nd carport nearby our complex on the 27th day that we moved in, also the old manager Marybeth told us that there was a long waiting list for the garage, she didn't specify when, I was also having trouble registering an account online to pay our rent, so when I called the office on 5/19, I found out there was a new manager Brittany Parker. Within 5 minutes of our conversation I can tell the difference from the old management to this new one. Brittany resolved my online problem within minutes...compared to the 19 days I waited to get an answer, I also went to the office and was told by a staff that they didn't directly deal with the online accounts, but when I spoke with Brittany it was taken care of on the spot. When I asked her about the garage and told her that we were on the waiting list for the 2nd carport, she provided us with a much closer carport that was available within 2 days compared to another week we would have waited, as for the garage, well she gave us one that's available within two days also! She's great and an asset to Missions At Sunbow's staff. I will definitely recommend this to family and friends.

As for the noise complaints with the other reviews, it just depends where you are located. Where we are at has been pretty quiet so far. Parking's great if you are willing to pay extra $50 a month, you get an assigned parking for free and you can get additional parking if you are willing to pay $50/month for each, I think it's a great investment, knowing you have an extra spot to park in, especially if you have two cars, then there's the garages also available for $115/month. I also love how they pick up your trash every Mon, Wed and Fridays, when we first moved in here our trash was not picked up on Monday, but under new management, trash had been picked up and earlier during the day, when we first moved in trash was picked up as late as after 2pm, which I found annoying because who wants to walk by trash on their doorstep all day. If you are interested in renting here, definitely ask for Brittany, she gets the job done fast and efficiently. 5 stars goes to Brittany!

Okay.... what are you talking about. For starters there isn't new management. Brittany is the only new person here and that's because Mary Beth is at their other property, there is no new management. As for parking, it doesn't matter where you are, you can never have friends over unless you have them park in the streets or you pay an extra $50 for a spot to park, crazy if you ask me. And for your assigned space, it is small and you are likely to get your door dinged. The trash, it is a hit or miss, at least every other week they miss a day and I have talked to other neighbors in my building and on the grounds, and truly the service here is a joke. I sure hope whatever bubble you are living in doesn't get burst on you too soon. I will be writing my own review soon, but I know of at least TEN people living here that are planning on leaving in the next few months, kinda sad really. The best advice to others reading this... RUN. Do yourself a favor and go find a better place to live, you deserve more for yourself and your family.
