The reviews don't lie, this place sucks! I moved in here afer reading all the bad reviews(big mistake). I figured it was just people with personal issues(not so). The apartments may "look" nice, but that's about it. Grounds are covered in dog crap, dogs are allowed to poop anywhere on the premiss, and no one cleans up after them. Sometimes when you open your door you can even smell it! Walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING, phones ringing, people going to the bathroom, alarms, people arguing, dogs bark 24/7, you can even hear the people ACROSS from you. The whole buiding shakes and trembles when the kids upstairs are playing. Parking is a NIGHTMERE, your car door gets all dinged up, neighbors here have no respect for anything. People drive like maniacs, no concern for little kids on bikes. The inside of the apartment is so cheap, even water will stain the carpet. Silverfish are a common site. Kids run around like hooligans, cussing, spiting, smoking, acting like gang members. People leave their trash outside their door anyday of the week, dogs come by and tear them apart. Staff does not care about their tennants. I have a pet, and I have kids, so it's not like I have a stick up my a** and I'm not exaggerating. IT TRULY IS THAT BAD HERE!, So expensive and not worth it. Getting out of my lease. The apartments may "look" nice, but you won't be happy here. Take it from someone who lives here.
