This is the place to go if you keep to yourself. I liked that the maintenance man lives there but I don't like that they don't accept pets, even though there are pets everwhere. Parking is horrible because it's in a small caldasac. Street parking is being shared with other houses so parking is almost non exsistent. The apartment is small but easily kept due to no ammenities like a dishwasher and or microwave. I liked the hallway cabinets and walk in closet. No air conditioning was needed because the apartments are under trees that had a nice breeze.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. THE FRONT STAFF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS, THERE IS NEVER PARKING(ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ON VEHICLE. THERE IS AN ICE-CREAM PERSON WHO COMES EVEYDAY IN HE MIDDLE OF THE AFTERNOON AND RINGS THE BELLS CONTINUOUSLY NON-STOP, WHICH WOULD BE A PROBLEM IF YOU'RE A SWING OR GRAVE SHIFT WORKER, THE MAINTENANCE WITHIN THE APARTMENT IS GREAT TO START, BUT AS TIME GOES CERTAIN HOUSEHOLD AMMENITIES BEGIN TO DETERIORATE I.E. DOORS HINGES BECOME RUSTY, MOLD FORM WITHIN THE BATHROOMS, SEPTIC TANK OVERFLOWS CAUSING YOUR BATHROOM TO SMELL LIKE A SEWER, NOT TO MENTION IN THE 6 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN HERE THE WATER HAS BEEN CUT OFF TWICE FOR NO APPARENT REASON AND WHEN IT WAS FINALLY CUT BACK ON THE WATER THAT CAME OUT WAS BROWNISH-YELLOW. OVERALL I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 1/5, AND THE ONLY POSITIVE THING BEING IS THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD IS PLEASANT.
