Warning to all of you who are looking at these apartments; this place is crap.

The Good.

Cheap Rent
Basic Cable Included
Water Included
Electric Included
Gas Included
Plenty of parking
Pets included - there is no real control on how many.
The Bad
Cable is tied down to Chula Vista Cable - Cox can't touch this area.
pluming is terrible, if someone flushes toilet expect to be burned in the shower.

Managment is terrible - took us 3 months to get our garbage disposal replace after several visits.

Carpet was filthy upon arrival, management will not replace it.

It's in the ghetto.

Very Small

No 2 Bedrooms available.

Police are here every weekend.

Cats running around everywhere.

Washers and dryers are barely working and they are very expensive.

Oh God thank you for the warning. I saw this place advertised in the Military Paper at 32nd Naval base every week and taught about checking it out!

I was visiting a friend here a few years ago... her kids were playing outside, and they ran up to her all like "Mommy, what's this?" -- it was a used needle.
