I have lived at Pinnacle @Otay Ranch for a year and I can say I enjoy living here so much, the grounds are beautiful, the staff very helpful and I have never had a maintenance issue that wasen't "fixed" in record time & with a smile. The only issue is people who bring in 3 & 4 cars (2 are allowed) that take up extra parking.
