I enjoyed living here, up until the point I moved out. I cleaned the place to the point I would be ready for a military white glove inspection. I even got a can of paint to ensure there were no scuff marks on any of the walls. I was still charged with over $500 worth of cleaning charges when I moved out.
I ended up taking them to court to get my deposit back. Of course I won since they were full of crap. It was still a huge headache. The management will NOT work with you at all.
I would HIGHLY recommend NOT renting here!

taking them to court as well... they said we agreed to these charges when we signed the lease. i looked over the lease and a detached paper to the lease states "price ranges from $55 - $115, depending on a light-full clean... the more cleaning that will be done, the less they will be charged." So why does "cleaning" on my final statement charge $150?. Before leaving, I took pictures of the place, close up pictures to prove that I left this place too clean - except for the carpet but because its due for replacement anyway. It's been 5 years and when I lived there, I spent to get it steamed after only 6 months because existing stains from underneath was coming up. Gotta find out where to go from here.
