No matter where you live, you will have downsides. These complainers are probably low-income people with nothing else to do but complain about every little thing, and make the management look bad. I just moved in here not long ago and I love it, In fact, I plan on extending my lease. The only problem I have EVER had was 2 of my walls were painted a different color, but that was taken care of in TWO DAYS. Wonderful place to live.

What does low-income people have to do with anything. I really doubt they can afford to live there. Your obvisouly ignorant for even thinking that way. It's actually the other way around. I deal with a lot of rich, snotty homeowners and all they can do is complain. Especially the wives, since all they do is shop and do nothing. So I know what kind of service to expect. I would NEVER recommend anyone to Pinnacle.

Low income people have everything to do with bringing down a neighborhood. If you dont agree, DONT refer anyone you know to Pinnacle...refer them to west Chula Vista because its just as nice. right?

is 258 bitter because rich wives shop and do nothing? i've work with the rich and the poor... they both have bad apples. they both have great people. the poor also shop and do nothing.... and it's not even thier money... ahem... these same people driving hummers to rite aid to get their medications paid by medi-cal... yeah...
