Not a bad place, but noisy overall, poor construction (sound proofing wise). To sleep well, just close your windows at night and turn on the A/C. Very spacious & has all amenities you need. Parking is good but very close/tight spaces. If you plan on commuting in or around San Diego, you DON'T want to live here, live north or west of the city, traffice is getting VERY bad. Pretty dissapointed overall with the city of San Diego. This is NOT a gated apartment complex, any ----in joe shmoe off the street can just drive in. They claim they have security at night, but there is none. K place. Over priced though. Staff sucks, put on a smoke & mirrors show just to get you in, it's pittiful, office manager Silvia Church is a real -----. She needs a good ----in most likely.

sylvia's not bad and she's not the manager. manager is gorgette. sylvia is the accountant - the one that calls you when you don't pay your rent. she does help up front once in awhile and i did think she was rude at one point. i called her put on it, she apologized and now it's all good. she's just all wired from the non-paying people.
