Pinnacle at Otay Ranch

OK, just for temporary living From: yankee_chula Date posted: 10/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   Not a bad place, but noisy overall, poor construction (sound proofing wise). To sleep well, just close your windows at night and turn on the A/C. Very spacious & has all amenities you need. Parking is good but very close/tight spaces. If you plan on commuting in or around San Diego, you DON'T want to live here, live north or west of the city, traffice is getting VERY bad. Pretty dissapointed overall with the city of San Diego. This is NOT a gated apartment complex, any ----in joe shmoe off the street can just drive in. They claim they have security at night, but there is none. K place. Over priced though. Staff sucks, put on a smoke & mirrors show just to get you in, it's pittiful, office manager Silvia Church is a real -----. She needs a good ----in most likely.
